INU - “The people who live in Ashraf, are the people who will be the freedom fighters who will deliver your [Iranian] people from the mullahs,” said former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani to the crowd of residents of Ashraf-3 in Albania where the Mojahedin organization members gathered in solidarity with the Iranian people who struggle to bring freedom to their country.
INU - During the second day of international conferences in Ashraf 3 in Albania, a panel of distinguished speakers gathered to discuss the many years of struggle the Iranian people have faced.
The speakers included: Rudy Giuliani, former Mayor of New York and personal attorney to US President Donald Trump; Ingrid Betancourt, former Colombian Senator and presidential candidate; Michèle Alliot-Marie, the Foreign, Defense, Justice and Interior Minister of France; Joe Lieberman, former United States Senator; Matthew Offord, Member of Parliament of the United Kingdom and General James Conway, ex Commandant of US Marines.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President of the Iranian Resistance, was the keynote speaker during the second day in a series of conferences at Ashraf 3 in Albania, home to the democratic opposition to the Iranian regime.
She warmly welcomed everyone to Ashraf 3 and thanked everyone for their support that has been offered to the Ashraf residents and the Iranian Resistance. She paid tribute to all those that played a part in the safe relocation of the members of the People’s Mojahedin (PMOI / MEK), something that she described as a “great accomplishment”.
